Great place to practice jumps and new tricks in the summer. Our son and I worked with Cade For about two hours and it was a great experience. He gave us tons of tips to make sure that we improved as much as possible during our session. Will definitely go again! Tons of fun to do this with a friend or family member.
View on Google ↗This place is incredible! If you are in the area, check it out. The coaches can help with all things acrobatic and with working on playing in the skate or ski/snowboard park. Loved having my kids work with Coach Casey here.
View on Google ↗Call before Booking!! We booked a reservation for 3 the night before. We had plans rent their roller skis and boards but when we showed up they told us that they only had one pair of large roller skis. This isn’t a one pair at the moment because other people are using them this is a one pair in total. If you weigh over 185lbs, you need the large skis, which I would say is a decent amount of the adult population. We had two large skiers so we were told we all couldn’t do the activity we had signed up for. I decided that I could just sit out and watch so I asked for a refund. I was told that it was not refundable. The front desk lady was nice and I could tell she was just following orders, so I asked to speak to the manager. Let me tell ya, you don’t want to talk to Bo. This guy is just an AI bot that has every excuse in the book downloaded. His logic is as follows: You paid for 2 hours of facility usage. Therefore if we don’t have the equipment for you to use the facility. Thats a you problem. Basically Bo told me to stop wasting his time and go jump on the trampoline and that I would not get a refund because clearly everything was on the website if you decided to click every button and read every word. He was really rude and probably should not be in the customer service industry. This is just an unethical business practice and it’s clear from the other reviews people had similar experiences. On the other hand the experience itself was really cool. Tyler really made it great and brought me out of my bad mood after my interaction with Bo. Love Tyler though, he’s a bro and taught my friend to 360 on skates in a single session.
View on Google ↗I walked in here and paid for 2 hours thinking they rented boots and boards. And when I found out they don’t have the boots and that I would have to bring my own I asked for a refund. And they denied me a $69.76 refund and told me I could go jump on the trampolines when all I wanted to do was practice jumping a snowboard into a foam pit. I do not feel bad toward the staff here if it was true that they can’t give refunds but it seems common sense to give a refund if I didn’t receive your service.
View on Google ↗As of this review I've visited woodward tahoe about 10 times, and woodward copper 3 times. The last two times I visited ww copper was several years ago, but I was disappointed by the value proposition on my latest visit. Pros * a good way to practice tricks safely before taking it to snow. This type of facility is very rare Cons * expensive; for a session with roller skis/board, expect to pay $80 (vs $54 at ww tahoe) * not convenient: you must show up at 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, or 6pm, no exceptions * do not expect any help if you lose something in a foam pit. You might be okay if you have 4 or 5 friends helping and no one on the ramps. At $80 per session I do not plan to make another visit.
