What parents say
Powered by GoogleOur family loves to swim at this facility ….just overall a good place for a family with kids… however today started off on the wrong foot. As I’m letting the front desk lady know there are 4 adults and 4 kids my DIL tells her we have a discount and the front desk lady said “ well you should have started with that first” rudely. I don’t know her story so I let her rudeness slide. As we came out I asked about a book with information and she again had an attitude and said “ we won’t have any new ones till Wednesday” at this point I’m thinking YOU LADY NEED A NEW JOB!!!!
View on Google ↗Love coming here with the family. Great stuff, wonderful amenities, kids love being here. My favorite pool in northern colorado. Will continue coming from out of town to visit and enjoy time spent with the family.
View on Google ↗I really love this place, and it has always been one of my favorite spots. However, in recent years, it seems like the chlorine or other chemicals used in the water have become too strong. Unfortunately, it makes it very difficult for me to breathe, and I can’t stay in the pool area for more than about 30 minutes. My son experiences the same issue. It’s disappointing because this is the only suitable pool in our area, and I genuinely wish I could continue using it comfortably. I hope management can look into the ventilation or chemical balance to make the environment more comfortable for everyone.
View on Google ↗Excellent facilities, pool area is more like an indoor water park, open super early for workouts before sunrise and inexpensive for the gym and cardio gear they provide. Lots of other activities I haven't tapped into yet. Just plain love it.
View on Google ↗Have been to this place several times , it started off well, good prices , seems every year it goes up , they have classes going on , u walk in u get to swim maybe an hour & the last 2 out of 3 times I went a small child went #2 in the pool now as that is not their fault , when we asked for a refund because we had to leave , the young lady laughed in our faces as if it was funny ! It was not it’s disgusting ! We had maybe been there 20 minutes ! Do better with your customer service ! Please it’s embarrassing!
