Total Ryu Martial Arts

Took a self defense class at Total Ryu. It was very informative, educational and fun. The instructors were very involved with everyone that participated. I really enjoyed the personal, family approach and atmosphere. Highly recommend for all ages.

My son has been at TRMA for 4 1/2 years and now my husband has been there for about a year. They both love every moment. I highly recommend both their youth and adult classes with no reservations.

Increadible! Charlie and Jill are amazing people! I have been part of The for six months now and I am preparing to test for my belt in jiu-jitsu. I was nervous because I have a number of physical issues and disabilities, but Charlie showed no hesitation but rather enthusiasm in working with me. This was definitely a game changer, and since I have gained so much more confidence and self-esteem that I ever Thought I would. Working with the other students has been an amazing experience all its own. Total has become my second and a place where I feel safe, not only training but to express myself myself and continue to evolve into the person I’ve always wanted.

My teenager and I took a self-defense class here. From the beginning, the instructors went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We learned a lot of valuable information and practiced self-defense techniques. There were a wide variety of ages and backgrounds and the teachers were good at working with everyone at their skill level and comfort level. This was a very positive experience and I am really glad we joined.
