Synergy Dance Academy

Growing up, this studio was hugely monumental in shaping my life. I started classes here when I was four years old, and since then have never thought of leaving. Now, at 19 I still come back to this loving family and second home. The owner, Kari Herman, is so dedicated to our training, and beyond that she puts in so much effort into caring for each individual and their families. Synergy is not a place where competition and awards are at the front, community and love are. We find success as a team, and this is something so special and unique about Synergy. Kari is consistently bringing in guest artists as well as forming a secure foundation of teachers in all styles. Without this studio, and Kari specifically, I would not be the dancer or human I am today. Now I am going into my sophomore year of college getting my BFA in dance at Chapman University, and I feel that this second home prepared me entirely for a career in dance beyond high school.

My time at Synergy was extremely instrumental in becoming a professional dancer. Not only was I given access to exceptional training from the amazing faculty, the community I found with other dancers forged amazing friendships that I will always treasure. Kari and the entire faculty care so deeply for every student and their individual journey with dance. This is a special place, and I can’t recommend their programs enough!

I am very happy with Synergy. My daughter has had a lot of opportunities to perform besides one recital a year. Her dance teacher, Ms. Liz, is great! The whole is staff is also very nice! I highly recommend this studio.

After a year off, my daughter jumped back into dance and Synergy has been amazing! Kari and the dancers made her feel right at home—we’re so happy to be here!

My four year old started the Disney dance class on Tuesdays in August and it has really helped her gain independence and confidence. Her teacher, Ms. Ashley, is so kind and patient with her and that is so important in a teacher/coach! My oldest daughter also danced here back in 2021-2022 until she joined a different sport and she also really enjoyed it. The studio is nice and clean, all the staff is so friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this dance studio for your children if they are looking to dance!
