Did one singing class at the end of the month. Did not fit my schedule and work. Called her the next day telling her I would have to cancel. She automatically charged me next month and refused a refund. She also was extremely rude and abruptly hung up on me saying she wouldn’t return 160$. I never signed any agreements to auto charge my account or that I would take classes every week. Unpleasant to work with. I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking classes from someone so uncaring and harsh. The first class wasn’t up to my standards or teaching as well, she just pulled up YouTube’s.

I am so impressed by Holly (the owner). She has an amazing group of teachers and the academy is a great learning environment. I am excited to be teaching drums here and look forward to helping grow with more amazing students.

Such a disappointment. Back in March I signed two of my children up for a camp advertised on their website. Today, mid June, I brought my daughter in for the planned camp, and the gal at the desk gasped and informed me that they had cancelled it because no one else had signed up. We're lucky that we have other childcare, but for most families, this would have been a MASSIVE deal. And my poor daughter had been looking forward to it for months. Now other camps are full and we're just out of luck. Extremely disappointing.

My daughter started piano lessons just this past summer. She has progressed so quickly and the academy has been brilliant at meeting her where she is. She looks forward to her lessons every single week!!

My flute instructor, Bill, is an 20 out of 10! The program is outstanding! My only frustration has occurred a couple times; the academy follows the Steamboat school schedule, but myself and the students I have recommended sign up are in Kremmling. Our school breaks are not at all the same
