I’ve been taking classes with The Art of Spanish Institute for about six months and have had a great experience. I started with very little Spanish, and their structured approach of combining lecture, practical application, and additional reading, writing, and listening exercises has been very effective. Elisa is an excellent teacher. She's knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, and best of all brings a great sense of humor to the lessons. I also have a fairly unpredictable work schedule, and both Elisa and Javier have been extremely flexible with class times, which I really appreciate. I plan to continue learning with them and would highly recommend the program to anyone looking for a supportive and well-organized, affordable way to learn Spanish.

I enrolled in the week-long immersion program in person and was thoroughly impressed with the instructors and institute! Javier worked with me to register for the courses and I really appreciated his patience as I had to wait a little longer to get approval to enroll. During the week I had the pleasure of working with Juan Carlos and Elisa. Both profe’s prioritized speaking in Spanish the entire time, which I really appreciated because it forced me to speak/practice and work through my anxieties. I loved the 1:1 tutoring experience, and both profe’s tailored classes to my individual needs. I felt supported and encouraged 100% of the time 😊The student portal also has a lot of great resources. I appreciated that classes were a combination of listening, speaking, writing, and grammar. I hope to enroll in individual tutoring classes later this year to continue to improve my Spanish! Thank you all SO MUCH!

I’ve had a great experience with The Art of Spanish. When I started less than a year ago, I could understand some Spanish but really had no idea where to even begin with speaking it. My teacher, Cecilia, has been patient, encouraging, and very easy to learn from. I’ve made more progress than I expected — I can now hold basic conversations, understand much more, and feel comfortable using Spanish in real situations. The supportive environment and consistent practice have made a huge difference in my learning. Highly recommend this school to anyone serious about improving their Spanish. ¡Muchas gracias por ayudarme a llegar tan lejos!

I’ve been taking private Spanish lessons with Ceci for several years, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Ceci’s an excellent teacher—patient, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She explains grammar clearly and does a great job guiding me through the curriculum in a way that makes it easy to understand and apply. What I appreciate most is how she balances structured learning with real conversation practice, which has helped me build both confidence and practical skills. Over the years, I’ve seen meaningful progress in my speaking and comprehension. Highly recommend The Art of Spanish!

I've been taking classes here for a few months, and Cecilia has been incredibly helpful and encouraging every step along the way. Her teaching style makes learning Spanish fun and engaging, and I've already seen real progress. I feel much more confident speaking and having real conversations than I did when I started. The school community is supportive and I highly recommend the The Art of Spanish if you want a great experience and to truly improve your Spanish.
