I saw The Rocky Mountain Folk Fest feat. Jesse Welles & Poor Richard. I was speechless at the Beautiful and Relaxing the experience presented in Lyons for $100/day. Every age & type of person welcomed. Improvised Main St w/ tons of food & products. VERY beautiful canyon & stream leads right up to the stage & gives a quick cool down anytime. Musicians excited to be there. I noticed no security except for the 1 just gave me a, "Visual Patdown" cuz it just wasnt necessary, everyone was already so happy. No one even consider doing anything that could ruin such a natural social hi of being in the perfect place at the perfect time. I usually reject such overwhelming positivity & was going through a lot of crap at the time but became part of it immediately without a thought. Ive seen dozens of shows every year for decades and it's made me appreciate the rare experience of feeling that you've discovered something completely new to you that is so naturally beautiful, that you wish to introduce it throughout the world you knew before. so you make the idea part of yourself & carry it with you.

such a serene place to get married and have the river and venue all to yourself. The reception space is incredibly beautiful as well as it is made of a fully wood barn and it’s beautiful to photographing in. All the staff was super lovely too.

We were married here in September and could not have had a better day! The venue is beautiful and our guests absolutely loved it. Thank you especially to Tracey, Sally, Amy, and the entire team who made our day possible!

Attended a fairytale wedding here Labor Day Weekend. Set back from the highway and surrounded by a colorful mountain side, running stream and lush natural greenery this venue lets you escape the real world for a few hours. As natural as it is there are structures that appear to be an old rustic barn and a few out buildings, which are actually well maintained facilities to provide modern comfort for the guests. The barn is a dining and dancing hall with beautiful flowers, lighting and plenty of power to host a large band. The out buildings include a bar and very well maintained and clean restrooms. It was a warm day, but there is plenty of shade. You can walk a lot and explore if you want, but visiting the main areas does not require a lot of walking. I have nothing negative to report. I loved this place! Even though I was not the one getting married, there was a moment when the sun was going down and a cool breeze blew on my face and it felt magical.

Great space for private events. Venue was clean and very enjoyable with the creek running around it. There was room to spread out and enjoy the space. Staff was friendly and always available. Buildings were clean and open to allow a nice breeze to keep people cool. Overall it was a positive experience.
