Our daughter has been going to Mathnasium since they opened and has nothing but positive things to say about the tutors and the overall experience. James, specifically, is especially kind. Our daughter genuinely enjoys going and learning new skills. They consistently reward the kids for their effort, which I think is amazing! We recently withdrew our daughter from public school to homeschool, and they have been a huge help in supporting that transition.

Mathnasium has been a game-changer for our homeschool family. We were struggling to find a good rhythm with math, and from the day they opened, it’s made a huge difference in our kids’ growth and confidence. Our kids love going and they ask when they get to go next and beg to go more often. The reward system keeps them motivated, working toward fun items like video games, water bottles, or other things they’ve chosen on Amazon. We also appreciate the email updates after each session that show exactly what they worked on and how they’re progressing. James, the local owner, is fantastic—he’s truly invested in every child’s success, is always smiling, and takes the time to make it fun and personal! He has also built an incredible team. We will be long term Mathnasium clients for sure because anyone who can make my stubborn, math-hating daughter love and understand math is a true superhero!

We no longer cry at night over homework. Mathnasium has given her the confidence she needed to do math on her own and to excel. Regardless, if she has homework to work on, she loves going and working towards her own personal goals.

My kids love going to Mathnasium - they literally ask when they get to go again and beg to go more often. The system of rewards Mathnasium has set up makes math enjoyable because the kids are working to earning rewards (I’m looking at you Squishmallows and candies). Another really fun thing they do (at least over the summer) is have a calendar of fun events: “wear a silly hat = 10 extra points”, “complete a math page with zero errors = earn 5 extra points”, “pizza day”, “write a summer bucket list = 10 extra points”. A nice thing for parents and guardians is that after every appointment I receive an email that tells me what my kids have worked on, if they've made progress, and whether they’ve finished a mastery check. It’s great to see my kids actually excited for math (thank goodness), enjoying the process, and making progress. We’ve got them in the summer program so once school starts up again I’ll have more information on how Mathnasium has affected their schoolwork and confidence in math. You also get a free assessment initially…can’t beat that.

My daughter really enjoys Mathnasium. She is now caught up to where she should be and feeling more confident. She needs that one-on-one attention.
