My husband and I have been members here for probably around 9 years and we’ve referred other members as well. I’m not one to write negative reviews and I like the gym, but had a pretty disappointing experience today. My car engine started on fire in the parking lot when I was starting it up getting ready to leave. We turned it off and tried to put it out, but that wasn’t working so I ran inside to ask for a fire extinguisher. The staff didn’t know where it was. They looked around but definitely weren’t in a rush, finally I spotted it in a compartment on the wall and was able to get the fire out with it. A staff member, I think his name was Jacques, was sympathetic, came out to check on us. He was helpful. I gave the extinguisher back once the fire was out. After about 10 minutes it started smoking again. I ran inside again to ask for the fire extinguisher. It was no longer in the wall cabinet and Jacques was not at the front. Another staff member was there. I was pretty frantic, asking if I could use it again so another fire wouldn’t start. There was gas and fluids leaking everywhere so I was pretty worried. Not having a good day, obviously. The staff member at the front said, “sure one sec” and proceeded to read a lengthy document to a customer, taking his time, in absolutely no rush to help me or locate someone else who could. Zero concern as my engine was smoking and at risk of catching on fire again. A little while later, Jacques reappeared and found the fire extinguisher for me again. As I mentioned before, I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I was really upset with the lack of help or concern during a pretty awful and potentially dangerous situation we were in. Gym is okay. Staff, not so much…

Everything they do is geared toward making money at the expense of the client. I can provide multiple examples. I called to cancel my membership a few months back and the guy told me I needed to come in person and it could be done. I came in two days later and my account had already been charged $85- for something I wouldn't use. Front desk said "they would speak to someone and call me back" but of course they never did after I signed my cancellation agreement. At one point I had a few months left on my contract and I called to "pause it" since Ill be abroad during that time. They said I needed to come in - in person simply to "pause it" for a month but I was already on my way to the airport. Another $85- wasted. I have paused it from the phone in the past in previous years. I have so many examples like this of it being "company policy" that they can't honor anything for the client. It's a decent gym. Nothing crazy special, a bit over-priced and they'll definitely nickel and dime you and have created extremely rigid company policy that make it unreasonably difficult NOT to feel like your a cash cow. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Im a college student and $200-$300 bucks they made off me because of their inflexibilities... I hope this review then costs them that much. Really terrible.

Really enjoy the place. Not a big workout guru, but there are a lot of activities and equipment that you can use. They turn the gym into a pickleball court on Tues, Thursday and Sunday between 1230-300 pm. That’s fun to watch and play. The first hour of every session they offer a training our for new to the game. Locker rooms seem to be clean. Pricing I think is good for all the acutely offer and I believe they have other locations that have things like tennis. So, for all you get, it’s pretty good.

Eeeek! Prospective & current members, take note. I had a good experience with this gym until it came time to cancel my membership. Before canceling, I called to confirm the process and was told I simply needed to come into the facility within a specified timeframe to fill out paperwork, and I was good. I followed those instructions exactly. When I arrived, I was informed that I would still be charged for an additional month..a requirement that was never mentioned during my call whatsoever. My concern is not the fee itself; it's the lack of accountability for inaccurate information provided by presumably trained staff. When I raised the issue with management, there was no attempt to address the miscommunication or take responsibility for it. I was told Stacey (manager) said, “She understands the situation. She’s told me she won’t waive it and she’s not having anymore conversations about it.” Businesses earn trust through clear communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a lack of both.

The spinning classes are honestly the reason I kept my membership. Instructor brings a lot of energy without making beginners feel lost. I missed a few weeks because of travel and came back expecting to struggle, but the staff still remembered my name. That felt surprisingly welcoming.
