Great customer service and shoe selection. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to bring out as many pairs as you need. They have a nice treadmill to try different styles. I returned a pair within the first 30 days and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend.

Cade was incredibly helpful and generous with his knowledge and time! I'm new to trail running and I learned so much, plus I finally got in a pair of shoes that felt AMAZING. I even felt confident and comfortable running on dirt in the dark. In the past I've just bought online, but Altitude made the in-person experience invaluable. TY!

A huge shout-out to Mike, I believe he is the owner. My fiance bought hiking shoes, and unfortunately due to my unexpected knee surgeries, all his outdoor plans were switched for hospital hallways. He let us do a return despite the policy, and we are EXTREMELY grateful!! He was so helpful when my fiance purchased the shoes, he took time to explain the difference. Please please give this store some love & business! We always try to support small locally owned businesses. We will definitely be back very soon for a different every-day pair. Thank you!

I’ve bought new running shoes here twice and have had a great experience both times! Mike helped me this time and was very knowledgeable and explained things to me clearly. I’d definitely recommend if you experience pain while running or are feeling unsure which shoes are best fit for you.
