Came here for the first time on 6/10/26. We were on a trip to Durango and wanted to take the kids swimming. This pool is huge! We were only in the kid area and the lazy river but still great. My kids had a blast with all the slides. The staff was very friendly. The locker rooms were very clean. Thank you!

The pool was so great for our 2 and 3 year old. The play structure and little slide was great for them. They loved the big slide with help. The pool had puddle jumpers which was great. Easy family changing area and lockers. So affordable for a family.

One of the best recreational facilities in the business! When I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff with a warm smile. They were all very attentive and professional. Also Mr. Cole Johnson is a phenomenal employee. I do not live in Durango, if I did though I would certainly be a frequent flyer here.

They aquatic center just got new play equipment for the kids, it’s great! We always love coming here. The water is nice and warm, there is a lazy river, and the water slide is really fun! The hot tub is huge and feels great. They have life jackets for kids that might need them, which I loved when my boys were a little younger (5&7 now), such a great place to go during the winter. They have family changing rooms with showers which is great when you have children.

I called Feburary 18th to book a birthday party in April. The lady I spoke to told me reservations for April don't open until March 1st and to call then. On March 1st, I called at 1000 when they opened. A man answered and told me that the lady who does the reservations isn't there and to call back tomorrow (Monday). I call Monday, in which a lady answers and says that the lady who does the reservations wont be in until after 4pm and she would call me back. I never received a call that day. On Tuesday, I called again and explained that I've called everyday these past 3 days and no one has helped me. The lady then proceeds to tell me the day I asked for was booked and that I "somehow slipped through the cracks". Very unprofessional with not trying to fix things other than offer me a different weekend that is not doable. THIS IS WHY I CALLED EARLY & IN ADVANCE. Very poor communication between staff members. Very disappointed.
