What parents say
Powered by GoogleAbsolutely fantastic experience for my child. She gained confidence, speaking skills and new friends. David was such a great teacher we signed her up for extra private tutoring as well !
View on Google ↗David and his team do such a great job - this is my son’s favorite camp he’s ever been in. We actually switch his summer schedule to attend more weeks :) thank you David for your energy and intelligent coaching
View on Google ↗I am the parent of a 7 year old who has attended the Public Speaking and Writing Training courses over an academic semester. We found Denver Debate Club online and I did a consultation with David before signing up. We have been thrilled with his progress. It’s evident that my son enjoys it, is learning, and after speaking with his teachers, that the progress has carried into his academic settings (elementary school). We have found David to be passionate, knowledgeable and amazing at connecting with my son. He understands who he is and uses that to help him grow in the speaking and writing setting. We plan on going to Denver Debate Club for years to come. Highly recommend!
View on Google ↗Coach David is one of the most influential and optimistic coaches I have met. I had the pleasure of having him as my coach during Bergen Debate classes and working with him as a Coach Assistant. He truly is passionate about debate, patient, and kind when teaching new concepts and providing advice after judging rounds. He has the rare ability to find potential, talent, and the best traits of students, using that to uplift and encourage them to continue debating. David brings the fun into debate, finding creative ways to learn concepts and practice speeches. He is the reason I became a Coach Assistant for BCDC, and has inspired me to be so passionate about giving back to my debate community and inspire other young debaters. Students appreciate David, and look forward to his classes each week.
View on Google ↗Coach David was the coach that helped me improve the most during my first time trying tournaments. He was the first coach to teach me how to write and format a strong debate case. I also improved my speaking skills with a variety of drills that Coach David recommended. He is both fair and encouraging and pushes you to your best performances. He is an amazing coach to turn to for any questions and is a fantastic debater.
