The Denver Academy of Ballet, established in 2001, provides classical ballet training across multiple levels plus contemporary dance classes for children and adults, including seasonal camps and intensives.
Daily ballet training for dancers at DAB's Ballet I-III level (or equivalent), rounded out with contemporary, Pilates, ballet terminology, dance history, and hair-and-makeup sessions. Each week registers separately, so dancers can come for one week or several.
Full days of ballet for dancers at DAB's Ballet IV-VIII level (or equivalent), plus contemporary, Pilates, ballet terminology, dance history, and hair-and-makeup. Weeks register individually, so dancers can join for a single week or train across the summer.
Mornings of creative movement and ballet crafts with royal extras: nail painting, tea parties, and even sword fighting. The week wraps with an in-studio performance so parents can see what their prince or princess has learned.
A weekly Saturday-morning hour of dance for little ones who want to keep dancing through the summer, offered as one 8-week session at the studio (no class July 4).

Our daughter recently completed a ballet intensive at this studio, and we were incredibly impressed. She’s been dancing since she was three and has trained at other studios, but this experience really stood out. The intensive helped her take her ballet to the next level, the instruction was focused, professional, and truly elevated her technique and confidence. The staff clearly care about the dancers’ growth and development, and the environment was both challenging and supportive. We’re so glad we found this studio and highly recommend it to anyone serious about ballet training.

The owners Rob & Chandra and teachers Victoria and others have done so well at training my son so far! They have the kids best interests at heart! I am so happy we found our home studio since the first class he took! I am so impressed with all they teach our kids! My son wants to be a professional dancer when he is older. It has been a completely different experience for our family due to not knowing a thing about dance! We are so glad to be in the right hands. I recommend this studio hands down!
