Used to be good, but not anymore. $50 a month? You can get a membership to any number of 24hr gyms for $20 or less. Gyms that have much more and better equipment. Gyms with no closures or parking problems. WTH were you thinking COF? All this progressive political banter about helping the poor but the way you manage our (the tax payer's) property prices it out of reach for the people. SMH. And what's with all of these people you hire that are completely unprofessional in both appearance and behavior? Again SMH.

The variety and quality of programing offered by Fort Collins is amazing. Our parks and facilities are fantastic, with some notable upgrades needed to Mulberry Pool. We have utilized so much of what the city has to offer for our kiddos and for the adults in my household, often to try classes or activities that would have been cost prohibitive if they were only offered by a private group (compare the cost of karate through Fort Collins recreation versus any private). I feel so lucky that we have this organization in our hometown.

The ability to get into recreator classes is increasingly impossible. The online system doesn't work. They changed their procedures for the first for the summer and it was the worst experience I've had with them yet. Front staff people are great, but clearly the city doesn't care about recreation here when it's impossible to get into a class and half the classes end up cancelled anyway.

As others have said, the registration system is a joke! I logged in at 7am, and finally was able to complete registration for one class at 8:30! Ridiculous! The system is incredibly slow, I was kicked out several times so had to log in again. Of course, no one answers the phone at 7am, so that’s a waste of time. I was expecting the class to be full, which surprisingly it wasn’t. There has to be a better way. Why not an automated phone system?

Beware - they are very strict on cancellation even though it is may not be the class you originally signed up for - in this case my son was signed up for a sport team at spring canyon - it was cancelled and he was added to rolland moore without my approval. By the time i figured out (and my son had never attended practice) it was apparently to late to cancel.
