Christian Youth Theater

If you're looking for a family, come to CYT. The community is absolutely amazing, the shows are always incredible, and the long rehearsals are well worth it for the product that the amazing directing teams always provide. CYT is a great place not to just grow in your theater skills but also in your faith and friendships. Having been across multiple youth theater companies across Colorado Springs, CYT is by far my favorite and it will be yours as well when you step into this amazing community. :)

Our family loves theater and we have come to all of CYT's shows over the past few years. We recently came to see Frozen, which was wonderful, but I have to be honest. Hands down, our favorite show we've seen at CYT so far was Annie. The team did an incredible job with it!

We are a military family and have been fans of CYT in San Diego, Virginia, and now Colorado Springs. Although our daughter has only been in one class and one show, we have been to countless performances! The quality of the shows from the performers, the costumes, the music, and the dancing beats any other youth theater I have been to. The joy on the faces of each and every performer tells me they enjoy what they are doing. When my kids were younger, I never had to worry about any inappropriate costumes, dialogue, or songs. We could just sit back and enjoy the show. Most importantly by supporting CYT, I know that I am supporting an organization that honors God in every class, rehearsal, and show. CYT is incredible community for kids to learn acting while praising the Lord. And there are incredible people who are very welcoming and kind.

CYT has been a blessing for our family. After moving to Colorado from California, they welcomed us with open arms. This organization is like a family to us. Kyla and her staff are so genuine and truly caring. Their class sessions are wonderful, and their productions are top notch! After our first season with CYT in Winter of 2024, we haven't missed a single opportunity to be involved. CYT is a place where everyone is welcome and can feel at home. Thank you CYT! We love you!
