Christian Youth Theater

If you're looking for a family, come to CYT. The community is absolutely amazing, the shows are always incredible, and the long rehearsals are well worth it for the product that the amazing directing teams always provide. CYT is a great place not to just grow in your theater skills but also in your faith and friendships. Having been across multiple youth theater companies across Colorado Springs, CYT is by far my favorite and it will be yours as well when you step into this amazing community. :)

We are a military family and have been fans of CYT in San Diego, Virginia, and now Colorado Springs. Although our daughter has only been in one class and one show, we have been to countless performances! The quality of the shows from the performers, the costumes, the music, and the dancing beats any other youth theater I have been to. The joy on the faces of each and every performer tells me they enjoy what they are doing. When my kids were younger, I never had to worry about any inappropriate costumes, dialogue, or songs. We could just sit back and enjoy the show. Most importantly by supporting CYT, I know that I am supporting an organization that honors God in every class, rehearsal, and show. CYT is incredible community for kids to learn acting while praising the Lord. And there are incredible people who are very welcoming and kind.

Our entire family, including my wife and I and our four kids, have been engaged with CYT for many years now. You won't find a higher quality faith based performing arts organization in the pikes peak region. CYT has enriched our lives, provided a place of community, and built our kids' character.
