Ceramics in the City is a locally owned paint-your-own-pottery and clay studio established in 2003, offering pottery painting, hand building, wheel throwing, kids after-school programs, and summer clay camps.
A 1.5-hour, 3-day camp where experienced staff guide kids (age 10 and up) to craft their own pots from scratch on the pottery wheel, choosing up to three favorite pieces to glaze and fire to take home.

Came from out of town to celebrate a friend’s birthday and we had a great time! Mateo was so much fun, patient and such a great spirit! Staff is amazing. Will forsure come back Texas in to create more memories soon! (:
View on Google ↗I took the 3 week Make a Mug class with Abby & had a GREAT time!! It was so fun and Abby did a wonderful job leading us through each step. I ended up paying extra so I could take some more pieces home! I’ve already signed up to come back for the couple class and am keeping an eye out for the 6 week class! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
View on Google ↗I love this spot! I’ve been here a couple times including bringing my girls in for bachelorette weekend activity. The folks here are so kind and helpful. Will be back many more times!
View on Google ↗We did painting on pottery and let me tell you that if i could do that every day i would. It is not too expensive and you can let your art take over for as long as you need. I recommend if you want to spend some Time with friends or family during a party or Even on your own.
View on Google ↗I’ve been in a couple of times to paint pottery but finally was able to attend a Give It A Whirl class. Abby was the best instructor for a group of beginners and was so fun! I hope to be able to take a six week course from her soon!
