We were overwhelmed in a good way about the countless options. Legos of all kinds new and old. The owner was incredibly nice and very engaging with us. All prices are clearly marked as are the different cup and bag options. We will be back many times!

Severely over priced on individual bricks and figs you get them online for usually somewhere in the range of 1/20th or 1/50th the price they’re charging. When I first came in I was looking for a very specific printed brick which they did have to complete one of my figs which is worth roughly $50. They originally quoted me $7 for the brick which felt like too much although at the time I didn’t know it could be purchased online on multiple reputable websites for roughly $0.30 I decided to come back to buy it because again I didn’t know I could get it online so easily and I was told they’ve decided not to sell it because they’re going to wait to complete the partial figure they have which it goes to in order to sell the whole item. That’s fine as a business practice but it’s frustrating when initially it was for sale. In addition I took in a damaged but sealed set I wanted to trade in for the same set without a damaged box. I figured a fair trade value should land somewhere between a 20-30% loss for the damaged box in trade. I was offered 20% of the sets value msrp. I would highly advise against selling here if you value your time and are looking for fair value. Since then I’ve only come back occasionally to get something if I needed it immediately with little lead time and I am always prepared to pay at least triple the market value on small parts. I suspect such a business has far too much overhead with rent and employees to be anywhere near competitive in the market for legos when so much is available online for significantly less.

This is great store to find loose Lego, minifigures and more. I received excelent customer service from Blaze. He was ready to help with any questions I had. This place has a nice atmosphere, it's clean, bright and full of ideas. I recommend coming here whether you're an adult or a kid.

Updated Review (because the owner’s response continues to include inaccurate statements): I am posting this update to provide a clear and accurate record of what actually occurred during my visit, as several statements in the owner’s response are not correct. What Happened: • I called the store ahead of time and was instructed to bring in bulk LEGO for a quote. • My autistic son and I spent two days sorting and cleaning the LEGO exactly as directed. He was excited and proud to bring them in. • When we arrived, we were immediately told that no offer would be made because the store had “just received free LEGO.” • The interaction felt unexpectedly abrupt and dismissive, especially after my son’s hard work and emotional investment. • A customer who witnessed the exchange walked out later and told me they would not shop there again because of how my son and I were treated. Correction of Inaccurate Claims: • The employee present stated — in front of both of us: “If it were up to me, I would have honored it, but I’d be fired with my boss standing here.” • The claim that customers reacted negatively to my ‘behavior’ is untrue.The only customer who reacted did so because of how my child and I were spoken to. My response in the moment was simply disappointment — because what we were told on the phone did not match what happened in person, and my child felt confused and discouraged after putting in so much effort. I understand that we may have different interpretations of the interaction, but I cannot allow inaccurate statements about my behavior to remain uncorrected. The store’s video and the employee’s own remarks reflect what actually occurred. The LEGO Stores the LEGO Store in Colorado Mills Mall promotes the LEGO Brick Take Back program: “Got spare LEGO® bricks? Trade them in for a LEGO e-Gift Card.” Broomfield and Lakewood treated my child with kindness. Those positive experiences mean a great deal to us, and that is where we will continue to shop.

My grandson loves coming here to add to his collection. His current interest is mini figs. Great patient staff too that allows the customers to browse as they imagine their own creations.
