★★★★★Son just got back from a 10 day sleep over at Camp Windy Peak. He had a wonderful time. It's a great way for a 12 year old to gain independance in a controlled environment. It sounded like it was non-stop fun, very active. The instructors were great. I can't recomend it enough. He will be back year after year. Thanks!
View on Google ↗★★★★★Disappointing and over rated -especially for $700 camp! Paid extra for early drop off just to have my son sit there by himself unattended. Groups leave around 9:30-10:30 and back at 2. Leaving hardly any time for actual activities. Kids are playing at the school more than I expected! Did the actual multi sport for 10-20 mins before breaking for lunch and coming back to the school. Lazy and frankly unimpressed by their instructors - not worth the money in my opinion.
View on Google ↗★★★★★Our 10yr old daughter attended the week long multi-sports camp and had a wonderful time. Still connects with other campers, and still talks about how great her counselor was. Love that she's experiencing Colorado and sports that are not readily available in Oklahoma- she wants to come back every year, we've already reserved a spot for this summer.
View on Google ↗★★★★★Our son went to the Colorado Springs location and he loved it. They pushed him to try new things, taught him about taking care of each other and nature when out. The counselors were very friendly and supportive of all the children. All the kids were exhausted by the end of the day, but all seemed to really love the experience. Definitely doing this every summer.
View on Google ↗★★★★★This sleep away camp has been the most impactful summer experience of our son’s life. He came back more independent and even interested in chores and cooking in new way! Unlike traditional sleep away camps this is more about survival skills and learning to live in and love the outdoors. They push you past your comfort zones and help you to get to that next level. The counselors are amazing. This past summer our daughter got to attend as well and also had an awesome time. I literally couldn’t believe every child got a full speech at the end about their strengths and their growth! This is a very special experience!
