I have been with AlfaBest Home Care for several years, and I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever worked. The support, care, and dedication shown to both employees and clients make it a truly special company. I would give AlfaBest Home Care a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work or quality care for a loved one. Felipe in the office has always been there whenever I’ve needed help, had questions, or needed something resolved. He consistently goes above and beyond to support both staff and clients. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his work do not go unnoticed. What stands out most is how much he cares not only about providing excellent care to clients, but also about making sure employees feel appreciated, supported, and taken care of. It’s rare to find a workplace that values its team the way AlfaBest Home Care does, and I am grateful to be part of such an amazing company. As someone who works closely with this company, I can confidently say that AlfaBest Home Care is a company you can trust with the care of your loved ones. They genuinely care about the well-being of their clients and treat them with the respect, compassion, and dignity they deserve. believe the reviews that mention terrible communication! I have often gone more than a week without a caregiver and never heard anything from Alfabest. when I finally was able to get ahold of them, one of their staff members yelled at me that it wasn't his fault. I, over the phone and in writing, as well as my FG advocate has communicated multiple times very clearly that I do NOT want -a male caregiver -more than one caregiver and -I have asked that if caregivers are absent, that they notify me before 5pm the day before so I can rearrange my transportation. not only have they not honored this, they regularly will insist that their way is the only way. except...they clearly do not train these caregivers? my first defended child predators. another recent one was unable to clean at all. what will this company do for you? defend themselves. they will try to twist situations when you call them out so they are the victims. y'all can't even answer the phone for a week...how are y'all the victims? what are y'all paid for? because all y'all have done so far is insult me repeatedly. literally the first day I was supposed to have someone from 8:30-4:30. no one showed. I couldn't get ahold of the office. then some stranger bangs on my door at 6:30 pm saying they work for your company. no follow up has ever been done on any of these things. good luck with Medicaid investigating the fraud y'all are commiting. absolutely unacceptable that y'all have any kind of authority over people with disabilities.

I love working at this company! They have been supportive, kind, and steadfast in the way they manage, and juggle so many moving parts at once. I understand that running a home care agency can be chaotic at times, they are pulled in so many different directions on a daily basis, but they handle it with grace, and patience. Felipe has been stellar in his responsibilities to both the clients and to the employees. He has made my work-life balance a priority, and I love him for it. No job is perfect. There will always be someone who is unhappy, and expects too much. If you are cooperative, sincere, and compassionate about your job: and strive for being a part of a team, than this company is perfect. This company has been going strong for almost 26 years. That's not by accident!!

I have worked with AlfaBEST Home Care for several months now. I have been in and out of the home health care industry for almost 20 years. I have to say they are, in my opinion the best employer I have ever had. Tammy and the team are amazing. They truly go out of their way for the clients and caregivers.

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I’ve had some amazing caregivers. But something about the company has been problematic since I’ve began here. (2 years) I’ve recently switch agencies which I strongly recommend you do as well. I’ve had nothing but problems with the office staff and their communication towards clients as well as the caregivers. On multiple occasions caregivers have called in sick but alfabest never called me to tell me despite me addressing this problem multiple times and went without care. Fort Collins police department encountered this problem with alfabest. To the extreme I have a police report documented. I chose to go with another agency because alfabest service was so poor. My caregiver also worked for another agency. After much consideration I chose to leave alfabest. While I was under the other agency’s care alfabest office staff chose to clock my caregiver in and out. I am a Medicaid patient and their falsifying their records is Medicaid fraud. It was also brought to my attention that Alfabest was telling lies about me to another client that I have no association with. I had just spoke to Tammy regarding the lies and the fraud. And I made myself very clear on my position. And on he very same day they contacted another client and directly lied to him regarding my telephone call earlier in the day. It was also brought to my attention that they are under investigation through the state. From my experience with alfabest that being investigated is warranted. I’ve been working with the elderly and disabled population nearly my entire life. I understand the creditation process and I know that alfabest is not meeting the criteria nor standards through that process. Their lack of communication is a safety issue!! I would strongly recommend for the sake of your loved ones or self that you should steer away from this agency and shop elsewhere!
